個室完備のオシャレなお好み焼き屋さん｢徳川 総本店｣

本通商店街にある、お好み焼き屋さん「徳川総本店」へ行ってきました。

徳川総本店の店内は広く、個室風になっているので
家族や友達同士で､ゆっくりくつろげる空間になっています。
店内の明かりも程良く落とされ､良い雰囲気♪
廊下のイルミネーションがとっても綺麗です。

徳川では、広島風お好み焼きの他に、
関西風のお好み焼きも頂くことが出来るので嬉しい。

私､ヤキソバが入ったキャベツだらけの広島風のお好み焼きが苦手なんです。
金沢でも一応､モダン焼きという呼び名で存在しますが超マイナーなメニューです。

関西風のお好み焼きは、「徳川風お好み焼き」としてメニューには
徳川幕府歴代将軍の名前が使われています。
徳川総本店はどちらかというと関西風がメインなのかなぁ･･？

お好み焼きは、豚肉・エビ入りの関西風お好み焼き「吉宗公」をセレクト。
自分で焼くことも出来ますが、油の匂いが服に付くのがイヤだったので､
今回は店員さんにお願いして、焼いて頂きました。(*'ー')ノ



ふわっふわのお好み焼きは、オーソドックスな味ですが美味しいです。(　´∀｀)
千房や､ぼてじゅうの大阪風お好み焼きに慣れている人なら間違いありません。
広島風のお好み焼きが苦手な方にはオススメです。



長芋の鉄板焼き。
ホクホク、トロトロの食感で女性好みの優しい味です。
一品料理の鉄板焼きはお店の厨房で調理してもらい､テーブルに運んでもらいました。



甘辛いテリヤキ風の味付けな広島牡蠣の鉄板焼き。
大きな粒ではありませんが、味がしっかりしていて美味しいです。
でもカキ自体はやっぱり金沢の方が美味しいなぁ。。



生レモンを搾ったレモンチューハイ。

たっぷりとレモン果汁の入ったチューハイは、
レモンのすっきりとした味わいでお好み焼きに良く合います。



徳川総本店は純喫茶シャモニーモンブランのちょうど真向かい。

夜遅くまで営業しているので何かと便利なお店だと思います。
鉄板のお店って女子は油の匂いが付くのが心配ですが徳川は換気も十分。

徳川総本店で広めの個室でゆったり､美味しいお好み焼きが頂けました。

夕暮れ時､サンディエゴ直行便のJALが到着するターミナル2

日本からサンディエゴを訪問する場合､乗り継ぎの関係でだいたいは
午後からサンディエゴ空港に到着する場合がほとんど。

1ストップオーバーでハワイ経由となると夕暮れ時の一番､混みあう時間帯に到着します。
ただ所詮､混雑すると云ってもこの程度。駐車場にも空きスペース有り。

LAXからの場合､コミューターターミナルへ迎えに行くのが殆どでしたが
JALのサンディエゴ直行便が就航してからターミナル2へ迎えに行きます。
